Photo uploads not showing correctly

Hi

Recently upgraded my phone (pixel 7). When I upload a photo, it appears like this for me

Will then go back and edit the post, take out the code for the photo and reupload it and it appears fine

Any ideas what may be causing it, or if it’s and issue related to my own viewing and no one else’s?
