I like to say ‘beyond reproach’. Good thing to say imo
I don’t think I have ever said the word reproach out loud. Gonna do it now
hey that was fun!
TKC is beyond reproach
I do think I was beyond reproach to wait this long to use it
I like saying “I admire your indefatigability” in a scottish accent
been saying ‘running your/his/her/their mouth’ a lot. seems to be popular in america but not in the uk
quit running your mouth, mert
“beyond rapprochement” might become a journalist and start writing for some awful boring foreign affairs magazine so I can pitch that as a headline
when I meet up with people I like to say “alriiiiiiiiiiight” in a really annoying voice because making myself seem like a irritating fool puts other people at ease
i like to say ‘yo yo yo yo yo yo’
yeah gotta do it a few too many times until you notice people are becoming slightly uncomfortable
I like saying “Hell’s bells”
It’s good for me because you know what sport I’m talking about over there, when used here completely different sport entirely. Works both ways.
Got into saying ‘flogging a dead horse’ recently.
I’d like to start saying flim flam man
I also like how you guys say “got my jab today” when talking about the vaccine, when we say “got shot in the arm today” over here.
I love saying “ayup”, it just feels so friendly.
If I’m feeling really friendly/particularly Stokie I might even say “ayup duck”…
Love a good ‘duck’. Lincoln Uni was a poor choice but it had it’s good points!
