I recorded covers of two of my piano favourites recently - Baby Britain by Elliott Smith and Outdoor Miner by Wire.

Both are fun to play, though that piano solo in Outdoor Miner is a complete bastard to get through without screwing up.

Other notable indie ones - Fake Empire by the National, All My Friends by LCD Soundsystem (not the most challenging piano line ever, but cool) and loads by Sufjan like ‘Flint…’ and ‘Concerning the UFO Sighting’

Less indie - Arrival of the Birds by Cinematic Orchestra and a bunch of Yann Tiersen soundtrack stuff.

On the classical front, I’m yet to hear anything by Chopin I don’t like.
