I know, right. There’s two Indian ladies in my work who make the most amazing veggie pakora whenever we have a celebration lunch.

I keep meaning to pack a big cool bag full of curry every time I leave Scotland to then freeze, but I never get round to it.

Yep, spicy onions don’t exist down here. Veggie pakora (or any pakora really) is extremely rare. You also get small round naans instead of the massive teardrop ones. Curries down here suck.
