Ideally from artists you were aware of before…or else this is just a “new band discovery” thread The Decemberists album was the main one for me. Made me realise that I never really went “off” their brand of super twee and geeky folk rock, they just hadn’t released a decent version of it since The Crane Wife! John Grant also released his best album since 2013, too
