Iā€™ve been working with a poet for the last few months, sheā€™s finally got some of it on youtube so here you go, be nice

(I am Mischievous Wisdom so naturally this a lilā€™ bit jaggy)

I write spoken word stuff, I went to a workshop where we wrote haikuā€™s, was interesting cos thereā€™s way more rules than you might expect. This one doesnā€™t follow 100% of the rules and is called Panic Attack
