Switched to Flahavan’s Jumbo Oats from Scott’s and finding them to be a great improvement.
Just having it with a little bit (actually a lot) of cinnamon. Might stir in a spoon of peanut butter if I’m really hungry but more often than not I find it way too filling to put anything else with it.

Admittedly I’ve not been bothering with it as much the last few months but that’s more due to me seeing no value in eating breakfast if I’m not planning on doing any physical activity during the morning.
