Ha, not not at all. I took it up after I split with the ex to keep myself busy etc. Just did it for a while. When I was younger I did loads of tae kwon do of which I was a red belt. And also karate of which I was a blue belt. Have loved martial arts since I was a wee boy, hence big trouble being one of my absolute favourite films
Does anyone else eat really unhealthily just because they want to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible so as to avoid potential smalltalk with flatmates walking in

Had a baked potato with pulled pork for my evening food.
Going out for drinks with some work colleagues tomorrow night in Paisley. I play football with them and they make me look excellent because I can run about a bit. I’m one of the few without grandkids.
I may be spending money at an unsustainable rate but hey at least there’s beer in the fridge
All I seem to do is drink in bars but at least I have some friends!
I’m trying hard buddy, trying to go easy on myself for not achieving everything in a week as well.

Just spent the last few hours in the pub with two of my favourite ATDs. They’re amazing. Going out ten years now, such wonderful people and every year we go on holiday together. Howling laughing at each other all through a trad session. Love them.
Have to get two reviews done tonight so it’s time to knuckle down. Might get a load of beer in though and go full gonzo on them.
