No just my standard same day!
I use the ooni app to calculate quantities and timings, whack it in the bread machine for just 5 minutes to mix, then leave out in a bowl for 8+ hours.
Made 4 pizzas total, managed to burn an edge on each one but I’ll take that.
Just had some for lunch, it’s not professional level crust, but getting better with experience.
