I tend to do pretty well 8:30-1, then lunch, then the couple of hours before school pick-up time are tricky. I hit another bit of a stride post dinner though - that’s legitimately one of my post productive time periods. Weird. Had a bean salad today for lunch instead of soup and bread and I feel a bit more up -and-at-them, so maybe I should stop having soup for lunch. The problem is, I love soup for lunch, so this would make me sad.
I second @plasticniki’s point re hydration though, water keeps you rocking no matter what
