Haven’t listened to some Magus for a while. This is earlier and more doom than the later heavy metal stuff. Always found them a fun band (was my last gig pre lockdown also which was a good way to go out!)

Great and fun math rock (math pop?) album from Rob Crow (Pinback, Thingy, The Ladies, Plosivs, Heavy Vegetable, etc.) with two of his bandmates from Heavy Vegetable. They released another 11 years later, having dropped Men from the name and with a slightly tweaked lineup. This one’s the best.
