Another one that doesn’t quite hit the heights of their best stuff, but still lots to love on it.

Bought this because I love the David Lynch remix on the b-side

What can I say?

They did put You and Me Song on the b-side to the title track when it came out as a single. Bloody loved releasing that song they did.

My first ever gig was The Wannadies at the Sheffield Leadmill on the tour supporting Yeah, on stage with them they had a big wooden cutout of the fella on the album cover, it had a simple mechanism behind it so he pumped his fist in time with the music.

That dancing cutout feels very Vic and Bob!

It was a bit! Very very funny when it first started up, for my first gig it set a high bar for showmanship.

When I bought Morcheeba’s ‘Who Can You Trust?’ on CD this was included along with the Trigger Hippy & Tape Loop CD singles in a box set.

calls itself an EP but 8 tracks and 40 minutes is an album in my book

Bought this on the strength of the single (Right Action) and cos it was dead cheap. Felt like his voice had changed a bit though, and it was a bit annoying, so I haven’t given it many listens.

This is great!

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeahhhhhhhhhhh! Something about a bass solo!?!

Classic and a nice 1st press. I was 14 when this came out and its very much one of the “oh, punk didn’t finish in the early 80s” moments for me. Its a bit worn as it’s one of those i used to have out when partying but what are records for if not to be played. Would never sell it anyway as it’s tied up in too many memories. Don’t have much time for them these days but would never deny this album.

Quality album, but ‘Good Kid, M.A.A.D City’ will always be my favourite K Dot album.

Stewart Lee tells the tragic tale of the owl and the pussycat, with atmospheric music backing him up.

I estimate that at least three quarters of us here own this one.

I lived in Northwich between 1989 and 1997 and used to get my hair cut in a barber’s close to the cafe on the front cover of this album.

Haven’t listened to this much to be honest - picked it up cheap as i loved his first couple of albums but then went off him a bit. Pretty sure this was a fiver so worth the punt. Sounded ‘nice’ if i recall…may go back too it later.
