Just shat myself lads. Lying in bed reading about living on yr own. Wife is in the kitchen making herself some lunch to take to work. A little fart comes from absolute nowhere. Wasn’t just a little fart though. It expels some watery poo from my anus too. “Oh no.” Waddle off to the loo holding my butt like a cartoon character, hoping the wife doesn’t look over and question me about it. Morning all. Is there really no Thursday morning thread yet? I might be a bit tired - I just got on the bus and instead of requesting a stop I just cheerfully said, “bus please!” The driver then stared at me for an uncomfortable length of time while in my embarassment I completely lost the power of speech. Hope your days are off to less cringey starts guys.

Went snowboarding for the first time in 1996, I’d had a few lessons (on a dry slope, which cost me two broken fingers, but that’s another story) but hadn’t really nailed my turns so did a lot of falling over. I’d lost my arm two years previously (not particularly amusing) and was wearing the fake hand prosthetic more as a balance aid than anything else.
