Yep. When I got and watched the Despecialised editions recently I made a point of looking at each scene to see what’s a set, what’s a painting etc, what’s a puppet etc. The quality of some of the work is just🤯

that’s so ingrained into people’s heads now that if they use “real” horse sounds in a film, people think it sounds wrong and fake :smiley:

The car scene in Children Of Men is another that’s a bit like this.

(poor quality video though)

There’s several really well made continuous shots in that film but the car is probably the most impressive due to so many vehicles and actors involved at the same time.
