Reminds me of being in Spain a few years ago with a bunch of Spanish friends. The waiter brought out a big umbrella on a stand (is there a word for those things?) and placed it beside me. He put me in the shade. My friends went quiet and looked at him. He said, “He’s English.Not good in the sun.”
