obviously

I hear what you’re saying, but also… ehhh

Would you say that epimer is out of touch with Scottish issues?

Amazed its taken this long for the big supermarkets to do this. Was a thing in Waitrose about 10 years ago. Maybe they just don’t trust their customers.

i tend to fill up my basket until it’s too heavy and i have to put some stuff back, so i don’t think this method is for me

most big supermarkets have been doing this for years haven’t they? think there’s just more people actually bothering to use it this year

Yeah, first saw it when we used to shop at Sainsbury’s, and we moved from that house about 15 years ago

Remember seeing it briefly in Asda a few years ago, then it disappeared. Pretty sure it’s only been a thing in Sainsbury’s for the last few months.

how do you weigh your loose fruit/veg for a scan&go situation?

Where the till has a kind of basket thing that you put each item in and it magically knows what you have put in and adds it to the screen. No fussing around with barcodes. It’s magic.

Radio silence from the big lad. Hope he isn’t lost
