Indeed, that’s what they’re all doing with refunds. They’re obscuring the process, making it appear like vouchers or flight transfers are your only option, then holding onto your money as long as legally possible in order to try to keep their books balanced.

Both of my flights have been cancelled with a full refund offered!! It’s gutting to know that I’d be flying out in 2 weeks but getting this money back means I should be able to attend next year.

Just a warning I applied for a refund from Vueling a few weeks back…and received a credit…hopefully they have changed tack

Surely you can get in touch with them and get that changed? My email made very clear that I’d be getting a refund and not credit.

Yeah I rang Vueling up last week and they sorted a proper refund almost immediately. Was only on hold for about 2 minutes before getting through as well.
