You can always cancel if you find something better or if the festival doesn’t go ahead due to Covid. I wouldn’t pay for any accommodation upfront. Booking.com and hotels.com still have some hostel and cheap guest house options.

Now debating weekend 2 or just doing the in between stuff as part of a holiday. Couple pals who I thought were doing weekend 2 are umming and ahhing now :man_shrugging:

For me, that lineup is a perfect set of things I would go to see if they were on, but I wouldn’t be lured to a festival by. Would say I’m just out of touch, but there’s a lot of 90’s there.

Think I’m going to go to this. Feel like Barcelona has Porto’d itself with the 2 weekends thing this year. Even if I could go to one weekend I’d probably be disappointed about the things I was missing from the other.

By comparison Porto now just seems like a great weekend in its own right. Now that I know I wouldn’t see everything at Barcelona anyway Porto seems less like missing out. (It also helps that this is one of the strongest Porto lineups I’ve seen in ages)

Highly doubt there’s any extra headliners to come, particularly for Barcelona. Why would they bother pushing people buy tickets, sell it out, and then… add an extra headliner? It doesn’t make any sense, financial or otherwise.
