What happened in your past to make you this way?

Yeah love ‘em. Always a fan of cold desserts over hot ones so if profiteroles are an option, yes please.

Bloody love a profiterole.

One of the more touching things about Mimi Parker’s death is that, at her funeral, she gave out cards to teach people how to make the profiteroles she used to make for all and sundry

Wanted to take a stab at Mimi Parker’s recipe but never made choux pastry before. Is it…difficult?

Wife’s gran pronounces it pro-fee-tee-roles.

They’re fine. Don’t like eclairs but proffy rolls are fine.

That’s all I have to say on the subject.

White chocolate profiteroles may be the sweetest thing on earth

Yeah, they’re the real deal.

I never got into Low, that’s made me cry though   what a beautiful gift to leave your loved ones

You did that by writing “I woman” instead of “A woman”, thereby rendering the whole initial post unintelligible to any reasonable human being. It’s a wonder you got any coherent responses.

Thanks for stopping by!

They do them in m&s now….

See in theory the idea seems repulsive, but I trust M&S with stuff like this. Their burger spring rolls are very good.
