I only properly appreciated this song recently but I always thought it was like a reggae/ska song originally but it turns out that was the cover

and when that scene cross pollinated with reggae and ska I loved it, until a few years later when I realised that when I said I liked ska punk people were thinking I was talking about preppy Americans with trombones
