Hardest decision yet - love this record!
Gonna have to take umbrage with At My Most Beautiful bring merely “good, for post-Berry”
And, as much as I like Airportman it can’t surely be in the best post Berry stuff
Fables is a weird one. I feel like it promises a lot opening with Feeling Gravity’s Pull with all it’s atonal sparse riffing and existential lyrics (wouldn’t sound out of place on some of Modest Mouse’s 90s albums), but then I find the rest of the record to be a bit run of the mill, and not as conceptual and experimental as I want it to be. I guess it’s the least ‘rock’ of the IRS albums. I do think I like the hooks on it better than the hooks on Reckoning though (Driver 8, Wendell Gee).

There’s been surprisngly little chat on this thread about the extras, demos, etc on the Deluxe editions. The AFTP one has a ton of stuff they never recorded, only demoed. They’re remarkably well-serviced by Spotify literally everything is up there.
Was gonna say my copy of document has a bunch of extra tracks tacked onto it.
Walk Unafraid was always a fave with fans, yet never a single oddly.
