Weirdest part of the last episode was when Elaine had to sit down and Tony propped up his leg with some gentle gyration to ‘block out the sun’. No idea whether he was being genuinely helpful or lewd at an inappropriate time

Yeah fancy both of them a lot tbf.

I really think that Joshua and Pip will win it, they’re the ones that are gonna grind it out in the final leg, everyone else is too focused on enjoying themselves (except the yorkshire couple but nah they ain’t winning)

They have spent a sizeable amount of their budget on pints and rock climbing though

That bit where they had a “falling out” this week about one of them moving his hand or something was excruciating

Just tweeted Darren to tell him that he seems like a nice man

my vpn isn’t working at the minute so I need to wait to download it when it’s ‘available’ :frowning: gonna find a way to tune in for the final episode live

I was travelling back from my parents home

did a bit of twitter snooping and it seems Darren is either a Bradford or Burnley fan, but Alex is a Liverpool fan. I’ve never been less surprised by anything before.

On Sunday at 8pm I might be at the cinema but I’ll try not to be

Can’t wait for the new Rick Stein!

Loving this.
Hoping for a final leg where Rex & Tarquin get pipped at the post by The Girls and/or Homer & Bart because they run out of cash after an impromptu stop for beers.
Twats.

Is iPlayer blocking the vpn? I had a lot of trouble with iPlayer whilst I was away and Express VPN was good.

yeah, everything else works fine but iplayer is always a tricky bugger. I’m with NordVPN and I’m all paid up… I could probably fix it with a scount on their forums but I can’t be arsed… if I can’t then I’ll give Express a go, ta!

I’d imagine they switched it to avoid a clash with LoD on BBC1. This is also the reason why the ads for new series of Victoria on ITV at 9pm include the line ‘And you can catch up on the ITV Player any time you like…’

Enjoyed “I don’t need the hand control, thank you” and the subsequent squabble in Hanoi’s Night Market, intercut with them talking about their wonderful friendship.

Trying to trick Natalie and Shameema into getting off the train was nasty…
