More a fan of apples, hazelnuts and bananas personally
They’re ostensibly the same but sultanas are made from almost exclusively one variety of grape. They tend to be softer than raisins because they’re dipped in an oil and acid solution before drying which also makes them stickier. I think some companies use a potassium or sulfur dye to make them more yellow? Raisins shouldn’t really be processed at all.
