There’s been a lot of (warranted) criticism of senior tories and royals and various other inhumane freaks trying to clap like real people, which made me wonder - clapping is something we all do without really thinking about it; but how normal is your clapping really?
I propose that in this thread we share videos of ourselves doing a normal, solid clap, the kind you might do when celebrating our valiant NHS or applauding an up and coming band putting on a ruddy good show. Then other people can critique and rate your clap, and decide whether or not you’re a Proper Human or a lizard in a skin suit. Bonus points for looking into the middle distance and acting as though you’re not being filmed.
I like to clap for slightly too long time after things, good to just get two or three extra claps after everyone else has stopped. Find it very amusing
