Just had me a Batchelors Minestrone Cuppa Soup. Iā€™m road-testing a few different options for my 11 oā€™clock soup-in-a-mug because Tesco have discontinued (bastards) my go-to own brand Chicken & Vegetable with croutons.

Batchelors isnā€™t to bad: solid 8/10

made at home in my V60 (cup with breakfast, and this one) - decanted into my Klean Kanteen

Milk, one sugar as per. Used my usual beans from the local place, itā€™s their filter blend

Pretty good, has come out a little stronger than usual. Going to give it a 7

Fun fact no.2: when Iā€™m working in Acton Iā€™ll pick up the tomato and basil soup from Mozzas that comes hot in a tub and drink it because there are no spoons. Very warming.

Just finishing a tea in a takeaway cup from the work supply. Barryā€™s Tea, which was a plus but I do hate takeaway cups. Just a small bit of milk too. 7/10.
