Recent dietary changes

I’ve switched from reeses white peanut butter cups to the take5 bar

No sugar, well no crap sugar in chocolate and cake and cups of tea.

Had a week where I made bean enchiladas which I ate for two meals, and a lentil shepherd’s pie that lasted three. Gave me the worst ibs and now I can’t eat pulses, which makes cooking kinda boring sometimes when you want to do something a little more creative than usual

I am going to try not to eat this entire massive bag of popcorn

Decaf in the afternoon/evenings to help my terrible sleeping.

Bought some of this last night so I imagine my diet will consist of 80% this now.
