Yeah it would but it wouldn’t be a winning addition as opposed to normal salad, sauce etc. Got a lot of conflicting flavours going on.

Kimchi’s a very overrated substance. I mean I’ll have some, sure, but the way some people bang on about it…

Longer answer: Sour pickles cutting through greasy meat would be amazing, someone do a seitan version
