Recommend a Halloween film for non-horror fans! 👻

For example, chance would have it that I’m spending this Halloween eve with my parents and I might stick on Hocus Pocus. Unless that is, someone on here has something even better to recommend???

Beetlejuice, The Adams Family (1 or 2), Hubie Halloween.

I really enjoyed this:

Horror-comedy sort of thing. Which I can usually be either hot or cold on - but, in this case, the comedy didn’t get in the way of the Halloweeny atmosphere (sometimes with horror-comedy they just drown it out with snark) and it’s also properly funny as well so there’s that

Something that is creepy with no horror/gore maybe - like these two:

Wait yes, it’s the series i’m on about I think - it’s not a movie. With Justin Long?

Over the Garden Wall is a mini series but you can easily watch it in one sitting.

Seance On A Wet Afternoon (1964) - very tight, tense movie about a medium who hatches a plot to boost business - with what I can only describe as ‘consequences’. Kim Stanley and Richard Attenborough are brilliant as the couple at the centre of the story.
