Done this so many times…

Rescued a woman from being kidnapped - scared her away

Stopped a stagecoach robbery - pointed gun at dude I helped

Saved an escaped prisoner - accidentally threatened him with a shotgun

I think you may be on to something with it loading separate sets of animations a fraction too slowly.

Still absolutely brilliant though and I’m sure it’ll come together.

I’m about 4 hours in and a bit overwhelmed by all the stuff to explore. I’m just gobsmacked by how this looks. It’s INSANE. As if games can look like this now.

A stupid wolf really fucked me and Clip Clop up whilst on a nice late afternoon ride - I’m terrible with the guns so far

Recovered from this incident only to be set upon by a gang of O’Driscolls out of nowhere - dead!

Agreed that L2 to draw weapon and aim and interact with people (90% of the time non hostile) being the same is stupid design

Pretty awkward when you are riding along and say ‘Hello!’ to another rider and he basically tells you to get nicked - and then you both ride on in the same direction in awkward silence… I’ve stopped shooting them at least

Saw a pretty horrific ‘horses on fire’ scene today

I got into a fight with some bad guys near a bridge on the outskirts of Valentine. Fired my shotgun at them and their wagon ignited - and the two horses on front did not fare well!
