It sucks that you’ve had a bad experience with Bleep. Hope that this doesn’t come across as smug or excuse them at all but I thought it would be useful to share my experiences as the current issues seem unusual.
I’ve used them quite a lot and the service has generally been good. There has been delays recently with some of my orders since December-ish. But they have kept me in the loop with the delays and even sent me some vouchers to apologise for these issues. I really hope they acknowledge your delays and do the same for you.
As I say, I hope that this doesn’t come across the wrong way, I’m just hoping that they get their act together as I’ve had pretty good experiences with them to date.
