I reloaded and it was fine, but the site becomes broken when it’s on

We are trying to contact the ad guys about this.
it’s only happened that one time, and was fixed by reloading the site. Not so bad!
If that one time is a new user who doesn’t bother to join up, though, then the ad is counter-productive
