Women’s time trial yesterday won by 41 year old Amber Neben yesterday, eight years after her first title.
Rabo Liv and Etixx unsurprisingly won the team time trials so the only talking point has been how badly the organisers have dealt with the heat. Riders being moved out of the shade when they’re trying to recover so TV cameras can go there and really bad time scheduling for the women’s TTT.
The men’s TT is currently on the BBC website and red button. I reckon Dennis might edge Dumoulin.
I hate all the helmet/kit clashes. Lotto yellow with Oranje is probably the worst.
