Anyone else been enjoying this gorgeous D.K. record The Goddess Is Dancing?

Kinda new-age, downtempo. A tribute to the spirit possession rituals of the artist’s native Vietnam. Rich in atmosphere and utterly hypnotic. Loving it.

I’ve been building episodes 193, 194 and 195 of the podcast, and came across a shit load of great ambient that I want to save for the show, obviously. But will post many of them in here.

But this one is great - really droomy minimal ambient, and the tracks are 45+ on this album.

Can’t, obviously, play a single track album on the show, so here it is. Love this. A real treat.

Also, the Katuktu Collective just released the Isolate With compilation, with a raft of awesome artists on it.

Features Aiden Baker, Danni Rowan, Brian Case and The Corrupting Sea. Very much worth your time.

Just seen there is a Caterina Barbieri release. Going to buy that for sure.

If they had a buy the whole discography for a reduced rate like some artists do I’d probably take a punt.

There’s a subscription option where for about £2.50 a month you get 4 new pieces every couple of months months, but you don’t get much of the back catalogue

These guys always deliver in collaboration and this is no exception. Cross that I missed out on the Deluxe edition, and that cover art - I love it. It’s got me slightly worryingly thinking about a new tattoo…
