Hag Graef - Bastard Filth
[Black metal / powerviolence / noise]

Ok so I’ve just scanned a couple of reviews and apparently they are Doom Metal (I’m not the best at defining my metal genres) and they are ffo Pallbearer and Swallow the Sun :+1:

Listening to the Latitudes album now and am amazed I slept on it, because it is pretty much everything I’d want to hear all the time. Incredible record.

This definitely has potential, thanks! On first listen track 2 sounds a little bit like Deftones slowed down at times, and one of the other ones a bit like a very slowed down Joy Formidable, strangely.

Still catching up on the last set of recommendations too, I have so much to work through!

I was saying to @weeber tonight that it feels like the heavy thread posters are the weird kids at the back of DiS :joy:

There is nothing wrong with this.

The Moth Gatherer were great tonight.

An Ancestors song played live in a church. It’s very pretty.

The new Venanrt tune is a horrible noisy heavy mess of a thing.

Last riff is a total paint stripper.
