Neither are earth shaking stories worthy of vagueposting - end of an era, sure, but they’re stories that everyone’ll be expecting in the next year or two.
Russell just signed a new deal and Kimi is their pet project, so if he’s going to McLaren it’s the team he drove for at the 24 Hours of Nurburgring.
I expect he’ll take a sabbatical year off to do some other formulas, and has a seat at McLaren lined up for 2028 with the new PU.

Wouldn’t surprise me if he’s jacking in F1 with no plans to come back for the time being tbh.
Could be with immediate effect, quitting/moving at the end of the season doesn’t feel quite earth shattering enough
