He looked pretty shit in his few Chelsea appearances, but then Chelsea players often do and I can’t imagine the club desperately trying to flog him against his wishes last summer helped his motivation much.
Any other club and you’d have to say being kept out of the side by Cucurella is a bad look, but he will probably be fine somewhere not totally fucking mad.

I think there’s a middle ground where you attract investors but have fair(ish) competition and protect the league long-term. I don’t know exactly what it would look like, and I don’t think Abramovich, Abu Dhabi or PIF should’ve been allowed to take over their respective clubs, but maybe pooled sponsorship and matchday revenues, points handicaps, and owner bonds, in conjunction with a much fairer deal for the lower leagues, something like that.
Think the games completely gone and i’m gonna moan about everything and offer no solutions
