In fact, I’d go as far as to say other than when AJ Lee was working main event storylines, it was the last vaguely worthwhile thing any female wresters were given to do until NXT brought through the current generation and that wasn’t because there weren’t any capable workers, just never enough to sustain a division.

Cesaro and Sheamo are competing for the Raw tag-team titles despite now being on… Smackdown

The Miz will compete for his IC title at Backlash despite being on SD

Meanwhile Jeff Hardy takes the US title back to SD

Everyone went nuts about Asuka even though she was on Smackdown for a lot of the build anyway
