I aim for inbox zero, my inbox only features emails I need to do something about. Once I’ve replied or delivered the job or whatever then I archive it. I use it a bit like a to-do list I suppose.

Have about 8000 in my inbox. They’re all read, just too far gone to file them now. Have about 8 sub folders I file/archive stuff to that’s v important, the rest…It’s too late for me now, too late
No need to file them. Just archive them. They’re not gone. Just hidden.
