I’m rejoining the gym after two months.

I pay yearly and I was injured when it came up for renewal. I could have rejoined ages ago.

It’s probably not the best time of year to go back.

I worked out the cost per visit to the gym last year. It was c.£45. I should never have done that (going to go to the gym LOADS this year ofc)

Dunno really what to do today.

Might do a little bit of work, think it might ease the dread.

Probably make some homous, good probably make some bread too if I can be bothered. Maybe do a bit of food shopping.

Everyone in the house seems to already have the sunday blues…even offered to go out to breakfast which I very much dislike but MrS grumped about that…

Got work to do and might cook some roast stuff later.

Fancy a walk if I can drag the kids out…

I’m going for a charcoal-ish grey, which hopefully will look okay. I like monochrome. My only concern is it accentuating my chesty build, but I’ll just layer it up if it does.

On the topless shirts front, my brother Skyped us to say Merry Christmas and he was wearing a t-shirt the exact same colour as his skin, which made for a very confusing first couple of seconds, particularly as he was standing with his wife in his in-laws’ kitchen wearing a santa hat.

Great to see the campaign spread, even if some people are reluctant to join. I’m sure you look great @doubleespresso, even if (to quote Mitch Hedberg) you feel like you’re being choked by a really weak guy all day. I’m gonna humbly request you get yourself over to the selfie thread in it.

Morning all!

Slept badly; woke up at 3.30 to deal with a howling baby and now I’ve slept later than I should have on the day before hashtag backtoworktomorrowdread.

No idea what I’m eating today (save Nutella and toast and coffee just now) but I do have about two hours of work to do this afternoon and some classes to plan for next week.
