Hey friends I just blended a can of pineapple chunks in juice with a load of ice cream and spiced rum and have put it in the freezer.

  • You have made excellent booze
  • You have wasted a can of pineapple chunks, some spiced rum and some ice cream

Next time, if it were me, I’d caramelise the pineapple in a pan with some brown sugar, butter and the rum then pour it over the ice cream.
