My 6yo is having a big argument with her friend who is singing Let it Go and making up the words she doesn’t know whereas my little know it all is giving her a total hoogying/marckeeing over the correct lyrics and getting progressively more annoyed at every ‘error’

It’s getting proper tense but I don’t want to break it up and interfere. I wonder which one of them will crack first

Day.

In Cornwall, off to find some sea in a few minutes, then off to Truro for football, then Plymouth to visit a family friend who was rushed into hospital yesterday then a drive home.

Good start, going to go steadily downhill.

Ooh, Oregon - washington game is today, very excited.

Go Ducks :duck:

Must be a right pain lugging the mower up and down the stairs.

About to arrive in THAT LONDON to go see my nan in hospital then go to my cousins birthday.

Can an LME give me a recommendation for a light lunch/brunch in Whitechapel please xoxo

The issue seems to be that my little one wants them to sing together and is explaining that it doesn’t actually matter what lyrics they sing as long as they both sing the same lyrics

So she thinks her friend ought to learn the actual lyrics so they can do this

Her friend is screaming “but I want to sing my words!” and my daughter is screaming back “but they’re the wrong words”

So I had to step in

“Girls, why don’t you sing a verse each and then join in on the choruses together”

Her friend is like “yeah!” And my daughter is giving me the stink eye but saying “okay…but if <friend’s name> learned the real words then she could sing along together with anybody and with the film”

The compromise seems to be working though, they’re singing & they’re friends again

It’s not particularly musical mind you but bless them for trying

Do you think it’s ever happened where you’ve not been somewhere with people and one of them have said I wish [you] was here to someone
