Imagine a man obsessed with alarms. Every couple of minutes he’s got alarms going off all over his house and everytime they go off he gets up like “oh that’ll be my such and such is ready” as though there’s an actual purpose to the alarms.

I did a really really really fucking insanely good Countdown thing when I’ve hardly played in the last 4 months. like not the most impressive game ever in terms of gameplay (luck that all the 9s were gettable for me at my current level of rusty skill) but in terms of score i’ve fucking just walloped a record in a very popular format that’s been around for 12 years (37,000 games played!!).

and i did it while looking INSANELY FUCKING CUTE with my lil strappy dress and my hanging plant earrings :heart_eyes:

i’m very very very happy. perfectionism is a bitch 99.999999% of the time but when it pays off? ho boy. yeah sex is good but have you ever tried being the best in the world at anagramming? [safetywink, major caveats required for that accolade :’) ]
