Afternoon chums!

I’ve been like a terminator today, except one designed to go shopping, clean the house, do car maintenance and consider whether to make egg nog (rather than being designed to kill people in the past to alter the course of history)

Going to pick my kids up from their mum’s in a couple of hours, then Christmas is officially ON!

That was my fav film of last year, loved that it had the meta aspects without becoming self serious or wanky, and it was amazing how tense and violent it made those parts seem, even though we’ve all seen films that go much much further and still feel less impactful

Finished my shopping and now I am VERY hungry (haven’t eat since breakfast at 10am)

  • I’m not seeing an excuse here but frankly you needn’t have one
  • Eating cheese in the hours leading up to a meal featuring at least a lot of cheese after pudding is a very wise idea indeed.

Definitely seen it Used it cocktails before where you need some bitterness to balance out the sweetness, but I think it has to be a pretty specific situation

Have been in Birmingham Airport for longer than intended.
Been here since 0930 for my 1130 flight to Belfast, which, due to an electrical fault couldn’t take off and had to drive back to the terminal.

Luckily a replacement plane was sourced and we should be out of here by 1400, only it has an issue with it’s radar transponder so it can’t fly to certain airports, one of which is Belfast City.

Everybody off and back into the terminal for a wee and food vouchers (£7) and we’re looking at a 1625 departure.
