So close. I often buy balls of Mozzarella, knowing they go off in like a week, to force us into pizza making. A week ago this very yesterday, @Gnometorious picked up some buffalo mozz’la in Lidl, so i fully expected to be making pizza today, but that gnome had other ideas, so we had leftover carbonara bake, which had the Mo’rella as part of the topping a few hours ago. Was superb, imo.
