Just fitted my new handlebar grips, then went for a quick spin, then read the installation instructions. That’s the correct order right?
That will be my last bike ride until next Sunday because now it’s off to Gatwick and then sunny Valencia for only our second holiday since our honeymoon four years ago!

My partner is taking kiddo to London for a trip - I can’t go because the migration agency has my passport. So I’m alone until Monday which is v nice actually.
Gonna have an nap, was thinking of seeing Aphex Twin later but it’s expensive so I’m going for beers instead.
Unscrewed and fixed a light fitting by myself, with the help of youtube of course, still feel like the handiest man on earth.

I’ve not listened to them ever (I’m tagging along with a mate). Not like me to at least check out a song or two, but sometimes its nice to see a live set without knowing anything before. There’ll be a string ensemble and “immersive visuals” so should be fun!

Lovely day but was so hot at bootcamp.
We play this warm up game where you have to do some stuff then try to grab a cone when he says cone and then the loser does burpees and the winner does star jumps. This lady I was playing against was a bit too competitive and gouged me with her nails and literally drew blood! 
Now it’s really sore 
Out somewhere nice for my husbands birthday later
