Had a weird day and the evening got super stressful and I had a big sobbing session. Then played Catan online with my atds so I feel a bit calmer. Gonna try and sneak into bed without helping to wash up :shushing_face:

Wife put on Mickeys Christmas Carol for the kid earlier and then had to distract her when it was scary.

Didn’t tell her that earlier in the day I’d done something similar with A Charlie Brown Christmas because I couldn’t risk her going to nursery and calling everyone a blockhead.

I don’t think so. The wax is the fuel for the candle, so you’d run out eventually

Ahh ok. I never really understood it. Always thought the wax was some sort of inhibitor that slowed down the speed of the burning on the wick. I’m stupid.

No, that’s kind of right as well I think. It’s the fuel, but it burns in a slow and steady way.
