Driving back to my home town to be a rugby bore with my ATDs today. Seeing my grandparents, parents and another ATD before that though. Busy. Also in a bit of a worry about money thanks to this car tyre needing to be replaced. Thanks brain

Also in stupid shoulder club this morning. I can’t risk stretching these days as invariably it does something to a muscle near my shoulder blades and leaves me in agony for dats/weeks.
