My heart hurts Not in like an emo way (that too) but for the last week theres been a dull ache there. Starting to get worrying but then part of me just thinks the whole world’s worrying and that’s rubbing off on me. Might quit caffeine for a bit (!)

Probably exercising more, weirdly, because I never used to do any. The rest is the same. I don’t think I’d be bothered if there wasn’t a plague afoot.

It can be very hit and miss, and certainly pricey compared to a European counterpart but there are some good’uns out there
