Morning
Feel like I have an abscess so have been in discomfort for a day or so. Not registered with a dentist (because I’m scared of them after a traumatic experience as a teen) so need to do something about that. All the ones near me with nice reviews are closed today. Found my NHS number so that was good.
Going to stock up on weetabix, soup and ice cream for the weekend

Not a Toon or Sunderland fan but I’m very much nostalgic for the Derby days of old. That said, I sort of never want them to happen again. They make people lose their minds.
I didn’t realise it happened quite this many times, but during the 10 year period I lived in Newcastle, the mackems won 6 times in a row. Watched all those defeats in pubs and the mood was apocalyptic.
I think they’ll win today as well!

Looks like budget cuts mean MCC have had to turn down the draw distance settings
Woke up at 5am with trapped wind giving me a tight chest. Similarities to a previous medical thing then kicked off a panic attack. Not feeling absolutely 100% off the back of that.
Supposed to be going to Sparrows for a birthday lunch for some of the GFs friends but not sure im going to make it.

Yes! I used to live on Grainger Street (above the market) and I will never forget the screaming, howling, crying, throwing up, urinating, etc.
Hope it’s not bad for you today 
When I worked in emergency healthcare, we always hoped for a bore draw so that there were as few incidents as possible - if that happens today it would mean a rematch at St James’

It was the only important game of the season for Sunderland in those days. They’d change manager a few weeks before and be full of new manager confidence. They’d beat us and then get relegated.
I’m slightly worried the same thing will happen today.

Ooofft. Yeah it’s noisy where we are on weekends but typically the weeknights are quiet. I couldn’t imagine living there. Not sure about when you were there but the McDonalds is 24hrs now 
Tree is officially down. Pete is back at his flat so the atmosphere is much better. Might do some reading and crochet and vidya

Friends, I had such a great Friday night, and it was really needed 
Complimented half the room on their outfits and faces, danced with loads of people and had some nice chats with my new friends lovely friend. My new friend had been watching New Girl this week and decided I remind her of Zoey Deschanels character so was calling me Jess all night. I was sensible and only drank singles 
they played Turnstile and me and Avery represented for some contemporary music, throwing each other round the almost empty (at that point) dancefloor

I am grotesquely hungover. Absolutely hideous. Had a lovely time yesterday dancing to the Selecter though. Rockaway Beach is a fun festival but doesn’t quite hit that ATP sweet spot. Come back Barry, all is forgiven (jk it isn’t).

Morning (barely) - I stayed up too late last night, so the morning routine feels all out of whack.
Forgot to update our “shove anything in a basket to reserve a delivery slot” Asda order last night, so what actually turns up this afternoon might be a bit of a mixed bag. We’ll see what we can do with it all anyway

Bike mechanical, not sure I can salvage it and my other bike also needs some work. Fuuuuck. My partner has taken the toddler out so I could have the day to myself as well. How can I salvage the day? Might go for a walk.
