Which Parkrun do you do? I feel like I should be doing more than playing five a side but I get really bored running.

I’ve only ever done the victoria park one before, but (tried to) give the pollok one a go today.

you should have a go, it’s good.

Whenever I think about going along, I reconsider after I realise I could play football at 11 most Saturdays and enjoy it more… I’ll probably start going next year when I’m trying to get training for the 10k.

The Pollock Parkrun is a really good one, but the combination of fallen leaves with rain/ice and the hills makes its fairly treacherous in anything other than good conditions. If you have a car and fancy trying to set a pb, Strathclyde park is flat and fairly fast. Haven’t tried any of the other Glasgow ones but might look at doing a Christmas Day one this year.

yeah, I’ve heard strathcylde is nice and flat. not too bothered about getting a decent time or anything, I’m slow as fuck anyways. is it tollcross that’s meant to be the hardest? one of them has a fair hill in it, can’t remember which

Haha looks cosy

Football was fun and kept a clean sheet. Really need to start packing my house up but I really, REALLY can’t be fucked.

Got home from a job to find a neighbourhood cat eyeing up our cat (Tocatta) on our roof. Took out my phone to take a picture and they jumped at each other. Had to climb on to the flat roof of the extension, break it up and throw stones at the other cat to get rid of it.

Poor Tocatta. She’s smaller than most fully grown cats so she gets picked on. There’s cat hair all over the roof from both of them clawing at each other. No visible cuts though so she should be okay I hope.

Nuke Dubai please http://www.standard.co.uk/news/world/brits-urged-not-to-report-dubai-crimes-after-gangraped-woman-arrested-for-extramarital-sex-a3398656.html

I feel waaaaaaaaank.

I woke up hungover but managed to go gym and sweat it out

On the way home I bought £35 worth of wool and picked up a package of special flours so we can make hoppers for breakfast tomorrow

Yeah! I did a thread with live rambles on the train journey back. Wasn’t a bad day - I had a nice walk in the little woodland bit by the train station in the time when I was actively forgetting to book tickets - though I’d had work to be doing then as well! Seems to be a running theme.

I enjoyed the film by the way! Off for a walk in a bit, partly cause as you recommend, I have snack / Dominos plans for tonight.
